The Doom line (末日菇系; pinyin: mòrì gū xì) was a Class S Brave plant line in Plants vs. Zombies: All Stars.

The line consisted of Moody-shroom (暴躁菇; pinyin: bàozào gū), Doom-shroom (末日菇; pinyin: mòrì gū), and Bomb Doom-shroom (炸弹末日菇; pinyin: zhàdàn mòrì gū). They all specialized in exploding large groups of enemies.

Moody-shroom attacked by spitting fireballs, while Doom-shroom and Bomb Doom-shroom attacked by shooting lasers from their eyes.

Origins

All members of the Doom line were based on Doom-shroom.

Bomb Doom-shroom was based on the mushroom-shaped cloud which emerges when a nuclear bomb explodes, which is known as a mushroom cloud, which Doom-shroom is also referenced to.

This type of cloud also is formed from any large enough explosion, but it is commonly associated with atomic bomb detonations.

Ways to obtain

The Doom line was given as a reward for collecting 90 stars in Viking World, while puzzle pieces for this line could be obtained by replaying Wild West - Day 13, Viking World - Day 13 or Dark Ages - Night 18. Additional puzzle pieces could also be obtained through the Soulmates Puzzle system.

Abilities

Abilities were unlocked by tiering up, while their effect was increased through star leveling.

Note: 10(+5)% means that at LV1 this ability had a 10% on LV1, 15% on LV2 and so on.

1	Nuclear Doom [Active]	Rushes to the first enemy in its lane and explodes in a 3x3 area. Additional damage 350(+350).
2	Revenge [Passive]	Gains 300(+300) attack upon death of another plant for 2 turns. This effect can't be stacked, but its duration can be increased.
3	Thermal Radiation [Passive]	Nuclear Doom deals 320(+320) more damage and incinerates burning enemies, making them take double damage from fire.

Star leveling

After unlocking the Doom line, additional puzzle pieces could be used to upgrade it, which increased its stats and ability LVs.
