Druid Rose is the Super Rare toxic variant of Rose in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2. She was first revealed in gameplay of Solo Ops, but was later showcased in a variant trailer on Facebook and Twitter on New Year's Eve, 2015, making her the last variant to be revealed in 2015.
Unlike other Toxic variants (with the exception of Sanitation Expert), Druid Rose does not have a Toxic aura. This is made up for by her fast rate of fire, a bigger clip size and having Damage Upgrade instead of the Toxic Upgrade.
She was the only Rose variant available in the beta.
Origins
Druid Rose is based off of a druid, a member of the high-ranking class in ancient Celtic cultures. Druids were concerned with the natural world and found trees to be sacred, likely explaining Druid Rose's wooden mask. Druids have also evolved into an archetype in fiction for a nature based magic user.
Descriptions
Stickerbook description
Druid Rose's mask isn't so scary. It's actually designed to fool Zombies into thinking she's a harmless tree.
In-game description
Her Toxic Volley seeks out Zombie targets before exploding. It also deals toxic damage over time!

Primary weapon
The primary weapon of the Druid Rose is Toxic Volley. Like the Magic Thistles of the default Rose, it is an automatic weapon that fires projectiles that travel slowly and home in on targets. Each shot deals a consistent but rather puny 5 damage, as well as poisoning the zombie, dealing 2 toxic damage once every second for 3 seconds, dealing up to 6 extra damage. The shots also have very minor splash damage, which is not really effective for poisoning groups of zombies. The ammo clip is 30. The Toxic Volley has the highest rate of fire out of all Rose primary weapons, firing at 360 rpm (Or 6 shots per second). This Rose is actually quite different to others because of her extremely slow projectile movement. It sacrifices a lot of damage (Her DPS is only 32, one of the lowest in the entire game) in exchange of the poisoning effect and a more reactive homing.
