Evil Dave

Evil Dave ("邪恶戴夫") is a character that appears in Battle in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2. According to his dialogue, he came to ridicule his brother, Crazy Dave.

The player has to fight Evil Dave's plant army 6 times within a certain amount of time in order to defeat him. Each time the player defeats Evil Dave, they will get bigger rewards than when fighting other players.

• His design is similar to Crazy Dave when he's wearing the millionaire costume in Plants vs. Zombies: All Stars.
• Despite being related to Crazy Dave, he is not related to his niece, Patrice Blazing. It was confirmed by Paul Tobin that the Chinese versions go off script at times.
  • Peculiarly, the Plants vs. Zombies: Official Guide to Protecting Your Brains mentions Crazy Dave having a lazy cousin named Ralph.
