作为龙草家族的老五，贪吃龙草有着惊人的大胃口，别说是零食，就算是一大堆僵尸也不在话下 As the fifth child of the Snapdragon family, Gluttonous Snapdragon has an astonishingly large appetite, not to mention snacks, that even a large group of zombies are a cinch.

Gluttonous Snapdragon (贪吃龙草; pinyin: Tān​chī Lóng Cǎo) is a plant in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2 introduced in the v3.3.0 update alongside Pyre Vine and Bun Chi as part of the 2024 Lunar Zoo Year celebration.

Gluttonous Snapdragon can bite zombies at close range. Biting zombies lets it build up fire power, which Gluttonous Snapdragon will then release in a 3x3 area ahead of it, dealing heavy damage. Gluttonous Snapdragon will also occasionally eat snacks when not biting zombies; these snacks will also give Gluttonous Snapdragon fire power.

Plant Food effect

When fed Plant Food, Gluttonous Snapdragon will drag three nearest zombies to and then push any surviving zombies on the same lane away by releasing a burp, akin to Chomper's Plant Food ability with the difference is the burp pushes surviving zombies farther.

Costumed

When given Plant Food, Gluttonous Snapdragon will throw various snacks and swallow them, thus restoring 40% of his energy.

Trivia

• Both Gluttonous Snapdragon and Dragon Bruit were created to commemorate the Year of the Dragon.
• While Imp Dragon Zombies are immune to the fire breath, they are not immune to its level 5 projectiles.
• When it eats snacks, it will eat one of the following snacks: a piece of cake, a lollipop and a chocolate bar.
