Heliconia Gunner (蝎尾蕉机枪手; pinyin: Xiē Wěi Jiāo Jī Qiāngshǒu) is a plant in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2 introduced in the v3.3.3 update alongside the Walking in the Snow to Seek Spring Secret Realm.

Heliconia Gunner will use his machine gun to fire bullets towards the zombies one at a time in 6 different directions (in front of him, backwards and all four diagonals) for a while, before pausing to reload his machine gun. At level 1, his machine gun can hold 30 bullets, and he gains back 8 bullets each tick he's reloading.

He also has the ability to drop nets on nearby zombies, immobilizing them. He has a total of 3 nets, and if all are used, he will never gain them back.

Trivia

• Heliconia Gunner does not have a costumed render in the files for when his costume is unlocked from a chest. Instead, where one would usually be, there is simply a duplicate of his default render.
