Peachy District
Peachy District is a Turf Takeover map in Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville. The map is similar to Sundrop Hills in Town Center. On this map the plant team is on the defense and the zombie team is on the offense. The zombies must capture different areas to allow signal boosters to be planted to help broadcast Dr. Zomboss' TV show. The plants must try and stop the zombies from doing so.
Description
NEWS FLASH! Zombies are out to spread Signal Boosters through town to hack the TV station's signal. If they do that, Dr. Zomboss can launch the Dr. Zomboss Brainzcasting Network: “TV So Good, You Don’t Need Brainz. Please Give." Can the Plants pull the plug on their propaganda plans?
Areas
- Park
- Uno Taco
- Museum
- Radio Tower
Park
Plants
Zombies
The zombies must come from the sewers to capture the park.
Uno Taco
Plants
Although the zombies spawn close by, the defending line is stretched giving your team more options to defend. The zombie exits are small and narrow which be classed as chokepoints, they can be easily stopped here with enough force if you can not use this, operate the Uno Taco building and it's backside its a great lookout to catch out enemy players.
Zombies
This objective is difficult to capture, it is best to secure the Uno Taco building as their would be plants slowing your team down, if so you can rush the point as it is close to the spawn.
Museum
Plants
Zombies
Radio Tower
Plants
Zombies
The Zombies must capture at least 2 zones to fill the bar to 100%, similar to Suburbination. Like that, getting all 3 will speed up the bar filling.
Near objective C, there is a button to activate a jump pad nearby, similar to the ones in Weirding Woods. However, the button and pad are separated by a cliff, so you have either have to be quick to use it yourself, or you have to activate it for other players to use.
End victory
Plant victory
If the plant team wins, the plants will all gather on the radio tower building and watch TV and all the signal boosters will detonate.
Zombie victory
If the zombie team wins, the N on the tower will turn to become a Z and a signal will go to someone's home which allows the zombie to come out of the TV screen and eat the occupant's brains. Then it will show a signal going to all of the signal boosters indicating that zombies are invading all over.
Bugs/Glitches
If the zombies win the match, the screen may briefly flicker white during the cutscene where a Browncoat emerges from a TV.

Trivia
- The zombie ending where a Browncoat Zombie coming out of a TV is a reference to the horror movie "The Ring", which features an iconic scene of a girl crawling/coming out of a TV.
- At the initial zombie spawn point, in the sewers, there is a red balloon at the back against a wall, which references Stephen King's "It."
- In the last objective, near the jumping fan, is possible to see a sword in a campfire, whitch references the game "Dark Souls".
- It is possible for players from the zombie team to appear in the plant ending if they manage to get on the roof of the radio station before them. This has led to a common practice of players using characters with jumping abilities (e.g. Foot Soldier, Super Brainz, Space Cadet) to rush to the roof at the last second to be seen by everyone.
- When the zombies win, the same "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" scream from the tower defense games is heard.
