From Plants vs. Zombies Wiki
Storm Front is a super-rare plant superpower trick card in Plants vs. Zombies Heroes and a member of the Kabloom class. It costs 1 to play, and its ability gives all plants on the field +1/+1. Its closest zombie counterpart is Leftovers.
Origins
It is based on a weather front, also known as a storm front, a boundary separating two masses of air of different densities. The word "storm" in its name literally refers to how it creates a storm cloud when it is played.
Its description is based on how storms are usually the main reason for picnics being canceled.

Strategies
With
Storm Front is a very handy and cost-effective superpower, granting all your plants a little more offense and bulk at the same time. Since Storm Front boosts multiple plants at once, you should get as many plants as you can on the field, either by swarming cheap plants or simply not letting your plants get destroyed.
Against
When this is played, use Pogo Bouncer, Zombot Stomp, or Backyard Bounce to get rid of the powerful plants and reset Storm Front's boost, although it may be better to deal it with your own zombies if it is played in the early game. Storm Front can also be made more expensive by Defensive End, although Defensive End will most likely be unable to do anything about an early Storm Front. Sneezing Zombie will also negate the boost for any Beastly hero.
