Urban District (城區; pinyin: Chéngqū; lit. translation: Urban Area), formerly also referred to as Begonia Boulevard (海棠大道; pinyin: Hǎitáng Dàdào), is the second world in the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 3 as part of the World Adventure game mode. This world offers a total of 20 levels to play (10 on Normal Mode, 10 on Hard Mode), 5 plants to acquire, 4 evolutions to discover, and 12 zombies to fight against.

This world has two mechanisms, Elevation (斜坡; pinyin: Xiépō) and Puddles (水窪; pinyin: Shuǐwā):

• Elevation: Some columns of the lawn will elevated 45 degrees diagonally, either uphill or downhill, acting as slopes that can block projectiles from straight-shooting plants and force the usage of lobber plants, in a similar manner to the slope of the roof from the original game.
• Puddles: Some tiles of the lawn will get puddles over time throughout the level through a rain setting on the lawn. The puddles provide certain statistics buffs to some plants, while plants such as Wall-Nut do not receive any buffs at all from the puddles due to having no abilities.

In addition to these two mechanisms, Wallow and Stream mechanisms from Wild Campground also appear throughout this world. Prior to the third beta test of the game, some levels would also be set at a night-time setting, which would stop the falling of sun from the sky for the entire level.

Trivia

• Despite the Hard Mode version of the map being set at night-time, none of the levels of the Hard Mode utilize the night-time setting of the lawn.
  • This, however, is not the case for the version of the levels during the first and second beta tests of the game, albeit there not being a night-time version of the world map prior to the third beta test of the game.
