Before installing an app, there's a list that tells the downloader "This app requires following permissions" such as permission to write to storage, permission to track calls, etc. He meant that it requires a ton of those permissions.

And i saw that too, PvZ2 China asks for the permission to track phone calls, send SMS, track location, etc. What the hell?
