As you can get 'em very easily in PvP. You'll have many of 'em. And you could sell it! But they need some money to be crafted.

It depend on its rarity. 1000 for common, 2000 for uncommon, 3000 for rare, 4000 for legendary.

But you could sell them at 3x price of their cost!

So you'll get 8000 for a legendary pendant you sold, do this many times then you'll get a lot!

This method is slow, but all you need to do is just buy 'em at PvP, craft 'em, then sell 'em!
