Converting the Torchwood and Hover-Goat costumes to variants wouldn't be too hard. I'll go ahead and post possible effects for them.
Torchwood:
- Tree-X-1000: His head is inside a big tank, so something involving splash damage
- Sugar Plum Fury: When he vanquishes an enemy, their body leaves behind a damaging cloud of fairy dust, similar to Alien Flower but requiring vanquishes (since leaving clouds after every shot would be really OP with his rate of fire)
- Gingerbark House: Something similar to Moto-X Star, but instead of mud, it's icing
Hover-Goat 3000:
- Wishmaker: Something similar to Electro Pea/Petrified Cactus/Captain Cannon
- Festive Rider: Ice Variant
- Beach Boarder: For some reason, I see this as being a high-speed/lower-health variant
