1. Premium pinatas carry over. 2. Premium pinata pack do not give gem plants but seed packets. So if you have that gem plant unlocked or even locked on that other save file, the seed packets you got for that plant will be carried over. But these pinatas don't give plants, so don't get confused between the two.

Oh I guess I should explain myself, I mean recently when there was a fire piñata and fire peashooter combo that was like two dollars extra from the piñata.
