I made an Easy Play mod. It pretty much has all the mods from Ballistic Planet's Hacking Guide as well as some from ErnestoAM's Hacking Guide. It also has a few mods that are not on either guide. The full list of mods is on the linked page.
It has been tested and works on Android. I haven't tested it on Bluestacks.
