It looks like one of your kernel-pults buttered it. Garg Primes, when charging their laser, will continue to play the sound until they're either defeated or are done with their animation. So, if you do anything that would slow it down/make it stop entirely (butter, iceberg lettuce) it would play untill you killed it or it finished shooting.
