I can guess a few things from this:
Peanut : has a big durability while also being able to shoot at zombies.
Evil Shroom: probably boosts at zombies, then comes back, and can evolve two times, with increasing its rate of attacks, and probably its thoughness.
Jester Zombie: He's gonna be a pain in the a**.
