Wow, you guys have many ideas, I just think about its feature:

+ 7 new plants (Lily Pad, Tangled Kelp, Bananah, etc)

+ 1 premium plant (Cattail or Chomper?)

+ 2 upgrades (maybe Extra Seed Slot and something)

+ 24 levels (or even 29 levels to replace the Dark Ages that has only 19 levels while the others has 24 levels)

+ 1 Boss Battle

+ 1 Endless Zone (Still have no idea what its name)

That's just my idea about features. Here are some plants:

Bananah

Sun Cost: 225

Damage: Moderate ; Range: Straight ; Recharge: Fast

Bananahs can shoot bananas that explode zombies in a 3x3 area. (like Coconut Cannon)

Lily Pad

Sun Cost: 25

Toughness: Typical ; Recharge: Fast

Lily Pads are aquatic plants that can be planted on non-aquatic plants.

Special: create a tile for planting.

Tangled Kelp

Sun Cost: 50

Damage: Massive ; Range: Close ; Recharge: Sluggish

Tangled Kelps are aquatic plants can pull the zombies into the underwater.

Special: kill the first zombie that get close to him.

Snow Pod

Sun Cost: 175

Damage: Normal ; Range: Straight; Recharge: Fast

Snow Pods can be planted on 5 times to shoot 5 peas at once that slow the zombies down.

Special: can be multiple planted 5 times

Special: chills zombies on impact

Cattail

Sun Cost: 250

Damage: Moderate ; Range: All Lanes ; Recharge: Mediocre

Cattails are aquatic plants that can attack zombies in any lanes. Its spike can pop the umbrella.

Special: The spikes can pop the umbrella from Umbrella Zombie

Chomper

Sun Cost: 175

Damage: Massive ; Range: Close ; Recharge: Fast

Chompers can instantly kill a zombie, but they need time to devour it.

Special: eats a zombie that gets close

Weakness: can be eaten while devouring

Brilliant !!! can be just that, but I'm not sure cattail will return at the beach.
