I saw the description for Beach: Check out the Beach! It's hot! Get it? HOT!

So my idea is maybe the sun that falls from the sky is bigger like it immediately gives 75 or even 100 sun however since it's hot one of your plants are randomly burned (with the smoke coming out from it before it turns to ashes like warning similar to puff-shrooms disappearing) and you have to change it. Zombies can burn too. And Magnifying grass has more power in there
