1. While no zombies in the game are shown blinking (if I recall correctly), they are fully capable of blinking, as shown in a trailer for the Birthdayz Piñata Parties in PvZ2 when Jester Zombie blinks.

2. Following Question 1's logic, yes, but it's never shown (unless I forgot something).

There are no PvZ Heroes zombies that blink, but Knife-Wielding Swordsman and Gunpowder Devil do blink. Geez now PvZH seems to die. There are no sets after Set4 for now
