I have no idea what the setup is, but their main goal was probably to put pressure on. By reverse engineering the battlefield, I'd say the Health Buddy and the Pepper M.D. were in play before the turn, everything else came from Cornucopia. The opponent is down to only 4 health, and you have a lot of cards. He had to get super aggro and rack up damage on the first couple lanes right then and there, or you might pick an empty lane and kill him. He probably was missing Teleport and/or Lurch for Lunch, but he had to make a push and couldn't wait.
