Reccomended strategy for a long time.
Hidden cards are also introduced, too. From using the Signature Superpower, or even Chrysanthemum from my set, these can be obtained for a really low chance. Here we go, again.

So this IS Blizzard's true power... Awesome!
Blizzard Blitz is incredibly niche even with the shuffle, since you don't even properly draw the cards. Instead of shuffling three, I would recommend just gaining two Chilly Peppers or something.
Sun Burst is... kinda weak honestly. Shuffling, especially from something as wide as Solar, just isn't very helpful. When compared to other cards like that, this is really just not up to standard, especially for a superpower.
Ice Arrows is ridiculously OP, since you have things like Big Chill. it would be better if it were something like "Freeze a Zombie and another random zombie."
I don't think the hidden cards are such a good idea, since people generally don't like concepts involving "oops you got lucky so suddenly I lose and you win", which is basically the outcry at Insta-Blocks.
Of course, if you're going to keep them I would add that having Double Strike on Snow Repeater doesn't exactly synergize well with the ability since Freeze can only be applied once.
