First of all, this should be Mega Grow because stat buffs belong in Mega Grow. Second, this isn't powerful enough to be Legendary, as it is merely the plant counterpart to Vimpire, and therefore should only be Rare. And third, way too expensive; should only cost 3. Vimpire costs 3
