We already knew that he was under-aged. He made a thread about it and he said that he won't be back ever until he is 13. But, did you really have to get him 'Globally Blocked'?
He demoted EPICMAN for the reason, "IvyLover, when I get my hands on you...". I sent staff this email which got EPICMAN banned from all of Wikia.
