I'm just an observer of this wiki, but here's what I have to say about this topic. I don't think UG's doings are bad. If anything, it brings order in this wiki. Too much democracy is bad, though the same goes with too much dictatorship. Thing he did wrong is that UG should have opened a discussion with the other administrators (if he hasn't) about changes to the wiki. After all, there are bureaucrats so the wiki can be called a bureaucracy. But what are we all babbling about? This is a wiki/website, not a state/country/nation/republic.
