Stop removing replies because of not enough edits. That's stupid.

In a voting, everyone must have the same rights to vote, no matter if it's admin, chat mod, rollbacker, bureaucrat, normal, or new editor. Removing replies because of not enough edits is just stupid.

On Bloons Conception Wiki, Love Robin got promoted to bureaucrat without even 100 edits. So why not follow what a good wiki does?
