Enemy lists that are listing users, whether the user is/isn't banned, should be removed from userpages as it contributes nothing other than adding fuel to fires. I get that users are more than welcome to state their opinions, but doing so in a serious manner and in a public place such as a users profile is nothing to be proud of.

This issue should be addressed as soon as possible. In my opinion, it doesn't make a user any better than the user(s) they dislike if they're casually public about their negative opinions.
