I say either the Masher or the Mechasaur. Still stands if in Modern Day.

The original was easy as pie. AE through FF are the same. DA and BWB take a little more experience. Not skill though. FC is easier than most other battles, LC is like BWB, perhaps a tiny bit harder, NMT and JM are hellish without a good strategy, harder than all, and MD simply takes past battles and doubles their toughness. Nothing special there.
