I can be a bit clearer (I have more discretion in such things than the VSTF). Our checks show that ThePurplePi was using other accounts to troll/vandalize here. As you know, IPs often change, so he may be able to return with new accounts, I strongly recommend that you simply revert, block, and ignore. That's the way to deal with this, not overly dramatic threads. 

As for how long his block is for - that's between him and us. But I will say that it largely depends on whether he stops making new accounts and sits out his ban respectfully, or continues to disrupt.
