From my understanding, a fifth ban should be equal to a year block. Birdpool had his brains eaten five times. So.... what is going on? Why is he still active?
Ps: This is by no means a attack on Birdpool, I have just stumbled across his account by sheer accident. I am opening this thread because I want to be a good wikian and understand rules.
