I already made this thread, but a staff member that closed it didn't understand me, So I will be copying everything from that thread to ask again somebody who can answer me.

In the second picture, the rules clearly say: 5 times ban=year block In the first screenshot, we see that he had his brains eaten 5 times. From my understanding, a fifth ban should be equal to a year block. Birdpool had his brains eaten five times. So.... what is going on? Why is he still active?

Ps: This is by no means a attack on Birdpool, I have just stumbled across his account by sheer accident. I am opening this thread because I want to be a good wikian and understand rules.<ac_metadata title="Why hasn't Birdpool been blocked yet?"> </ac_metadata>
