How would this user benefit the wiki?
I've known Birdpool on PvZCC and he must be the greatest grammar guy on that wiki. He wants to stop spamming and vandalism as seen on PvZCC.
How was this user beneficial to the wiki before requesting these rights?
Birdpool would have more control over the wiki teaching him how to be rollback. afterwards he might rank up in the future due to his knowledge of Birdpool benefiting the user
