PPM will be another chat mod that can help moderate the chat during the late hours, which is when I usually see him. Most chat mods are asleep at this time.
How was this user beneficial to the wiki before requesting these rights?
These rights will allow PPM to effectively deal with any sort of spammers or malicious chat users during the late hours when other users with these powers may not be awake.
