How would this user benefit the wiki? He would help the few amount of chat mods to get rid of socks and spammers and moderate the chat while other chat mods are not active
How was this user beneficial to the wiki before requesting these rights?
How would these rights benefit the user? He would have more mobility on chat and would improve his activity and trust

If there's one person in the chat that is not a chat mod and deserves my trust, that person would be elemec (and vebros too) . He never fighted or had a rude discussion with anyone in chat, he's very active and talkful, and has a lot of good speechs and advices. I believe that if he turned into a chat mod, everyone would be greatly benefited and our security would be at the top quality. He can be serious when needed and talking with him is just a wonderful experience.
