I think that if it is to remain in chat, it's OK; even if a 7 year old manages to fake his age for an account, we can still use the ban to force him into good manners. We need every word in life to be meaningful to us and others; if swear words aren't used, then why weere they even made?! Each word is the equivalent of a thing in reality; so we need every word in the world for our speech to be understandable.
