Wintermelon43 was promoted to Bureaucrat skipping all the voting procedures and this obviously is againist the rules and I don't want to make a bad example for the future. Currently, WM43 deserves Chat Mod and nothing higher unless further voting. So I am here to ask you guys if WM43 should be pull back down or not. Notice: The rules said that don't promoted instantly especially Bureaucrats.
