Basically:
Once upon a time, WMag vandalised the Lalaloopsy Wiki. After that, he was demoted and he went into a strop and started to bully a user on chat called Cyprind55 to console himself. At first Cyprind was innocent and he wasn't bullying back. But then he changed his frame of mind, as well as his username, which we all know now as Carp the Fish. He was very rude, childish and started putting malicious things up on the interwebs aimed at WMag. But sometime in August, WMag got globally disabled for 3 months. There was another user, Wintermelon43, who vandalised the Lalaloopsy Wiki too. He got over it pretty soon. But he heard about PvZA shutting down and went berzerk. He started bullying both Carp AND another user called Stormeus2001 (one of the reasons I am now a Chat Mod). Then there was an incident about Carp showing "it all." Gradually the wiki started to form sides with or against Carp. More people started to bully him. We even lost one of our top B-crats, KernelFodder/MignightHawk/Whatever. He was too tired with all the conflicts. He also accidentally promoted WM43 to B-crat while promoting Brainulator just before he left. There were now 2 active polls: Demoting WM43 and Banning Carp from chat. Eventually we did both of those. WM43 then left forever and got a block request. Finally, we took another vote and Carp was blocked for a few years.

I never saw WM actually bully Stormeous or Carp, I just saw him use caps everywhere.
