I'm just an administrator in Candy Crush Saga Wiki and a bureaucrat in Wild Ones Wiki and I'm trying to reply to what you think.

  1. Well, what's the problem of protesting? It is a serious issue and please remember there are a lot of PvZ fans in this wiki. He just wanted to spread the word and did he even block users because they are not replying the message? And who removed the message? I also want to reply to the first one that spamming the whole thread with a sentence is still called spamming. Yes, he wanted everyone to comment the same sentences, but just "WANTED", not "FORCED" (which is not enough to make WM desysoped). I need more information about the removed posts. Now, did you close this thread just because you don't want this kind of spamming (or you just want the game to be closed)?? It's just no different to Beijing who assumed that occupying Central is immensely hurtful to the economy without any evidence. Please respect the freedom of speech (although you do in another post).
  2. What? I have experienced the same situation on Wild Ones Wiki, and you said that the thread is immature?? Pathetic! He just wanted to keep the game because he loves the game. Having to be caps lock is something usual when you want to show a strong expression. This kind of language is sometimes used in compositions. Well, I do have a sentence or two in caps lock to show great expression and the teacher did not cross that out. I believe that caps lock is not the best way to make PopCap retract the situation, but it doesn't mean it is illegal to do caps lock. Besides, I don't get the point why being immature should lose admin rights. Wikia does not have this kind of guideline. He does not do anything hurtful to the wiki. Well, according to your statement, a lot of admins would be demoted (not intended to hurt anybody in Wild Ones Wiki and Candy Crush Saga Wiki). Please respect users who genuinely want to keep the game. Also, did you just completely get blinded of his contributions? I'm not a usual visitor here but in some highlighted threads he really did something to the wiki. Remember, an admin should be a user who serves the users in the wiki and makes a lot of contribution, not because of his/her personality. An admin should be desysoped when s/he has abused his/her rights and spammed a lot.
  3. I respect that.

Moreover, WinterMelon isn't at all a spammer. He somehow encouraged spamming, but that's understandable because he doesn't want the game to be removed. WinterMelon didn't spammed the post with the messages. Well, highlighting the thread maybe a little bit unnecessary but it is not worth to be de-highlighted. Definitely I would need more help in investigating the case. Perhaps the two sides need a compromise in Community Central as it would be a good platform for both parties to reach a consensus.
