Clubs
Clubs were a social mechanic in the pre-2021 version of Plants vs. Zombies 3, and was the only mechanic under the Social tab. This mode was unlocked after completing Devour Tower - Floor 8.
Gameplay
Clubs were a way for players to interact in various ways. To create a club, the player needed to pick out a name, customizable icon, region, language, and then pay 1,000 Coins. They player could also join a pre-existing club by searching for it.
Inside the club, there was a chat that allowed all members to speak. Text narration was included with this mechanic. There was also a button that allowed players to donate seed packets for leveling up plants. The player could request seeds for most plants (Epic plants are only requestable on Epic Sundays, and Legendary plants are completely unrequestable), but the amount of seed that could be received or donated depended on the player level.

- This was the first mechanic in the tower defense games to allow for direct communication with other users.
