Talisman Zombie (灵符僵尸; pinyin: Língfú Jiāngshī) was a zombie in Plants vs. Zombies: Great Wall Edition, later on ported to Plants vs. Zombies: Original Edition as part of its Journey to the West mode.

Once his health fell below 1000, he sent out a talisman at a random plant in the lane, putting that plant to sleep for 20 seconds. Afterwards he gains a massive increase in speed, similarly to Newspaper Zombie. Coffee Bean could be used to wake up a plant immediately, in the same way it would with a mushroom plant in the day.

• He shares a strong resemblance to the Chinese zombies.
• He, Archmage Zombie, and Mirror Queen Zombie are currently the only 3 zombies in the entire series who specialize in putting plants to sleep.
• His almanac entry in Plants vs. Zombies: Great Wall Edition mentions that he reminds himself to put on his robe and his hat, whereas in Plants vs. Zombies: Original Edition it mentions that he reminds himself to put on his robe and his collar instead.
