That would explain
- why Crazy Dave (almost) knew how to defeat the Zombot, as he was there when it was made.
- why I, Zombie exists, and why is there a delay for getting levels till you defeat dr. Zomboss, since he might have refused to bring in new zombies for usage not beneficial for him.
- why dr. Zomboss kidnapped Crazy Dave (presumably his partner), to make sure seed manufacturing was down and you get no chance of defense.
