Welp,I've found what lvl 2 and 3 does:
Lvl 2 has a change (I think,there's no percentage or something like that) the plant regens ONE of the leaves
Lvl 3 has a change to regen ALL the leaves.
I've been using them for a while now and they kept pushing away the zombies without re-planting them again...
That's the power of the logic. :>
