No, it's because when you combine pretty low DPS plants (Pepper-Pult and Rotobaga) with the terrors of Big Wave Beach (Surfer Zombie, Octo Zombie, Deep Sea Gargantuar), Shrinking Violet's job is mostly to balance it.
