Stalling worked for me using Green Shadow, though he didn't make it past Round 10.  I wanted to use her as her character had a x10 ticket boost (and I like challenges).   I didn't know Pepper MD's ability actually works with mission rules.

My plan was to just spam Flourish at the beginning while taking advantage of blocks and heals, and then overwhelm him.  I used a couple sacrifice plants to bait out Rolling Stones and let him wail on me with Photographer, Arm Wrester, and two Kite Flyers while I racked up cards, we both had a ton of them.  In Round 5 I dropped a Threepeater, then Round 6 Embiggen and Plant Food, killing everything but the Photographer.  He responded by using all three of his Space Cadets whom all got massacred (what a relief it was to kill them all in one round).  The Threepeater then destroyed him almost singlehandedly, Shieldcrusher and Coffee Hipster Jerk were locked down and destroyed, and Portal Tech was bounced out with a Jumping Bean I saved just for him (no lucky Zombots for you, RustDOLT).
