Uh, this one is ridiculously easy... it's a no-brainer really...

Save up about 5000 coins, reload the Dark Ages endless stage (forget what it's called at the moment) until you get wizards on the first level, then don't plant anything and just kill everything with powerup-attacks (I used electricity, but any will work)... they can't turn plants into sheep if there are no plants on the field...
