I'm convinced that this "Modern Day" world is supposed to take place RIGHT after Dave ate the taco. Although, while you have been travelling through time for a darn taco, a time paradox is caused and Dr. Edgar Zomboss takes over the world. Then, you must rescue the earth and return to the journey.
