So, they gave us Fume-Shroom in PvZ 2 to fight agenst Jester Zombies, right? BUT, they never needed to give us Fume-Shroom in the first place, because we all ready had Laser Bean, witch does more damage, and hit every zombie in the lane. Here is a list of other plants that you can use agenst Jester Zombies; (Correct me if I'm wrong) Laser Bean, Fume Shroom, Cherry Bomb, Snap Dragon, Potato Mine, Primal Potato Mine, Bonk Choy, Bannana Launcher, Wasabi Whip, Spikeweed, Spikerock Lightning Reed, Jalapeno, Chomper, Toadstool, Ghost Pepper, Lava Guava, Strawburst, Phat Beet, Celery Stalker, Cactus, Electric Blueberry, Grapeshot, Cold Snap Dragon, Grimrose, Electric Currant, Shadow-shroom, Endurian, Jack-O-Lantern, Hypno-shroom, Dandelion, Escape Root,  Magnifying Grass, Chili Bean, Squash, Tangle Kelp (If Jester Zombie and Tangle Kelp were in the same world.) and Night Shade without the Shadow effect on.

Here is a list of plants that you can't use to directly to attack Jester Zombie, but you can still kill them with those plants; Melon Pult Splash-Damage, Winter Melon Splash-Damage, Dusk Lobber Spash-Damage, Pepper Pult Splash-Damage, Coconut Cannon Splash-Damage, Guacadile while Fleeing, and Magnet Shrooms Plant food effect.
