I honestly don't think that this bounty is THAT difficult to begin with. 

The best way to beat them is to simply leave a tiny sliver of their health, and then finishing them one-by-one. This can be also completed with the Foot Soldier, Z-Mech, and Captain Deadbeard with not a lot of problems. Heck, the sisters themselves barely heal each other, and they are mostly separated from afar. 

Foot Soldier ~ Do the things that I previous mentioned. Always remember that you have ZPG and Stink Cloud to chip off their health from range.

Z-Mech ~ Injure them until their health reach a quarter. Always perform Missile Madness after you start attacking the first sister of the group, as the long start-up delay will eat up some time. This bounty can be completed as the Imp as well. However, DO NOT lure them together with the Gravity Grenade, as they will start healing each other.

Captain Deadbeard ~ Hide behind the rocks near the bounty crates. It takes 4-5 charge shots to vanquish one. It is recommended that you have perks for the charge rate. Most of the sisters will not notice you until you start attacking them, giving you a window of opportunity. Contrary to popular belief, Deadbeard has a steady rate of XP farming when performing this technique, and his vanquish rate is slightly faster than Super Brainz. However, this involves finishing one sister at a time, and will not reward coins or marshmallows.
