Let's assume that Squash will remain a gemium for a month, the same lifespan of a limited-time gemium. So, if we got one month to grab him, WHAT THE FUDGE DO WE FUDGING DO?! I shouldn't have bought that mime in the first place, because this is my favorite instant kill. I want a new plant, not a copycat who halves recharge time!
The goal: Grab Squash AT ALL COSTS!

The pro: You might earn 2 gems per level!
The con: You might only earn one gem per 10 levels!
