Talkweb Information System Co. Ltd (拓维游戏; pinyin: Tuòwéi Yóuxì), Talkweb Games, or simply Talkweb, is a Chinese developer and provider of information technology and telecommunication services, that is headquartered in Changsha, China[1]. Talkweb was founded on May 20th, 1996. It mainly develops mobile games, including Chinese versions of international or American mobile games such as Angry Birds, in the Chinese mainland. In mid-2013, its income from mobile games was CNY¥22.77 million.

Talkweb currently develops the Chinese version of Plants vs. Zombies 2 after its original developer, the Shanghai-based branch of the Electronic Arts subsidiary PopCap Games, sold development to the company. As a result of the agreement, Talkweb gains a 25% share of all revenue from the game. As of the 2.0.1 update to the game, Talkweb now completely develops PvZ2C independently from PopCap, who now only publishes the game.[2] To target more general audiences in China, Talkweb has also expanded PvZ development to mini-programs on Chinese apps such as WeChat, QQ, Bilibili, and Douyin in recent years. It has developed several spinoff games of PvZ2 and PvZ3, including but not limited to Plants vs. Zombies 2: Summon, Plants vs. Zombies 2: Guardian, Plants vs. Zombies 2: Future, and Plants vs. Zombies 2: Farm and Plants vs. Zombies 3D.
