User blog:Cansteam/Anybody else miss what was before 1.7?

I really miss collecting stars and getting keys for extra plants and power ups. It would be EXCELLENT if they brought a feature where you can choose to go linear(current) or how it was before. I really liked it being non-linear and having the brain busters behind each door etc. etc. etc., Now, enough of me rambling, how do you feel about 1.7's linearity?
