So I actually have this old copy of the Crazy Dave wiki page that dates back to May 7, 2011. It was on my old HDD and it was backed up along with the rest of the files a while back.

proof. The reason why the creation date is different is because I copied this instead of moving it, and that screwed up the creation date.

Highlights

  • Wayback Machine doesn't have the snapshot of the page from May 7, 2011, for those of you who thinks that I stole it from there.
    • There was a copy from Aug 26 2011, but it looks different than this one. The earliest copy from 2009 is also different.
  • Archive.is has never saved any snapshots of the Crazy Dave page.
  • I joined this wiki on May 5, 2012, but I saved this page a year earlier, 11 months 29 days to be exact. Yes, it's a coincidence.
  • Starfruity joined the wiki 13 days after I saved the page (May 20, 2011), while DDA joined the wiki 20 days after I saved it.
  • The layout is screwed up since Firefox didn't save all the contents there.
  • None of the users listed there are active anymore, unless if they returned for whatever reason.
  • The "Blog posts" section works in Firefox (and only Firefox) and will display the popular blog posts at that time, unlike the one on Wayback Machine.
  • Back then the wiki only has 302 pages, while the Wayback snapshot from Aug 26 shows that it had 331 pages, meaning that there were 29 pages created in less than 4 months. At the time this was posted, there are 4517 pages here. That's 15x more content than we had back then!
  • There was a pop culture reference, which was removed, but I readded it on the trivia section since it fits there.
  • Two of the thumbnails in the "latest photos" section are different. One (Wallnut.jpg) has been replaced with a new picture in 2013, and the other (Song 2.jpg) was deleted by Jack in 2015 due to "newer, higher quality version already exists". This is because Firefox didn't save the thumbnail pictures, but links them to the pictures on the site instead.
  • There was an "External Sponsor Links" section before the category section, and the link takes to Special:AdSS (no longer works), and AdSS probably means "ad sponsorship slots" since it mentioned it there.
  • The only category added was "Shop", which is funny Tongueemote.png
  • This roast Squash pic on the latest photos is interesting Roast Squash.png
  • The wiki wordmark didn't have alpha overlay/transparency back then, but in 2012 the wordmark has it.
  • There's a talk page (which I think was replaced by comments in 2013/14), and it has 16 messages (BRING THE OLD TALK PAGE BACK!)
  • Apparently the main page was editable since this dude named Kidsrage edited it twice. However, he has never made any other edits.
